Lisa Chang is the global chief people officer for The Coca-Cola Company. Since 2019, she has led the company’s global people and culture strategy, ensuring alignment with its mission to refresh the world and make a difference.
Prior to joining Coca-Cola, Chang served as senior vice president and chief human resources officer for AMB Group, LLC, a sports and entertainment conglomerate in Atlanta. She has also held senior HR roles at Equifax, Turner Broadcasting System Inc., and The Weather Channel Companies.
Chang holds a bachelor’s degree in communications from the University of Virginia and an MBA from the Stetson-Hatcher School of Business and Economics at Mercer University.
