Award winning actor and producer Steven Yeun has amassed an impressive resume of diverse roles.
Most recently, Yeun was seen starring and serving as Executive Producer on the A24/Netflix, BEEF, alongside Ali Wong. For his performance, he earned Golden Globe, Emmy, Critics Choice and SAG awards. As a producer, he and the series also won at each respective award show in addition to the Independent Spirit Award for Best New Scripted Series and the David L. Wolper Award for Outstanding Producer of a Limited Series at the Producers Guild Awards. He was also seen starring opposite Kristen Stewart in sci-fi romance LOVE ME from directors Sam and Andy Zuchero. The film, which made its world premiere at the 2024 Sundance Film Festival, follows a postapocalyptic romance in which a buoy and a satellite meet online and fall in love after the end of human civilization.
Yeun formed his production company, Celadon Pictures, in 2023 with his producing partner, Christina Oh. They have already secured deals to develop and produce both features and television.
Upcoming, Yeun will reunite with Academy award winning director Bong Joon Ho for his highly anticipated film, MICKEY 17. Yeun stars alongside Robert Pattinson, Naomi Ackie, Mark Ruffalo and Toni Collette. The film will be released by Warner Bros. globally on January 31, 2025.
In 2023, he served as Executive Producer and lent his voice for the documentary NAM JUNE PAIK: MOON IS THE OLDEST TV. The film, which premiered at Sundance and received critical acclaim, follows the life and times of Nam June Paik, the father of video art, who coined the phrase "Electronic Superhighway."
In 2022, Yeun was seen starring in Jordan Peele’s critically acclaimed film NOPE, alongside Daniel Kaluuya and Keke Palmer film was recognized as one of The American Film Institute’s top 10 movies of 2022.
Yeun received an Academy Award nomination for Actor in a Leading Role for his performance in Lee Isaac Chung's Oscar nominated film MINARI for A24, on which he also served as an Executive Producer. For his portrayal of ‘Jacob,’ Yeun was also nominated for a Screen Actors Guild, Critics Choice and Independent Spirt Award. Following its premiere at the 2020 Sundance Film Festival, where it won both the Grand Jury and Audience Awards, the film continued to receive critical acclaim garnering 6 Oscar nominations, including Best Picture, and a win for Yuh-Jung Youn in the category of Best Performance by an Actress in a Supporting Role.

Based on the four-time Tony Award winning play, the film is set at Thanksgiving and follows the Blake family in their run-down Manhattan apartment as they argue and deal with aging family members, illnesses, economic woes and frustrations over religion.
