With over a decade of experience in nonprofit and public management, Ayesha has grown Asian Mental Health Collective into a leading organization supporting mental health in Asian diaspora communities in the US. An Indian South African immigrant, Ayesha's personal journey seeking culturally grounded care inspired her to join AMHC as Executive Director in 2023. She is passionate about building healthy, culturally empowering workplaces and holds an MPA in Public and Nonprofit Management from NYU.
