Juliana Chen, MD is a board-certified child and adolescent psychiatrist and Chief Medical Officer at Cartwheel Care, an innovative telehealth company partnering with school districts nationwide to support student mental health. She also serves as Associate Director of the MGH Center for Cross-Cultural Student Emotional Wellness at Harvard Medical School.
