Christina Yu is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with 18 years of experience in the field. She received her Masters in Social Welfare from UC Berkeley and is trained in a range of therapeutic interventions, which includes EMDR, EFT, DBT, CBT, ACT, and art-based modalities that address intergenerational trauma through examining ancestral family patterns, exploring limiting beliefs, attuning to inner wisdom, and storytelling. She is a Clinical Supervisor at the Korean Community Center of the East Bay, where she supervises bilingual and bicultural graduate-level trainees and license-track mental health clinicians in supporting the growth and development of emerging mental health professionals.
